A little about myself. I was birthen into a family of seven in small town in the midwest. I then moved to a larger town during my college years as I studied nursing and ran on the cross country and track teams and joined a fraternity. I currently work in a hospital as an Associate Nurse Manager. I continue to run and am on a running team called Wisconsin Runner and we are sponsored by Adidas. I ran my first marathon in October 1995 and ran the Boston Marathon April 15,1996 (check out the results online). I also play guitar and play in a basement band called ALBUTERALL and in a band called KACTAS. In my spare time I have and am creating this web site,

As of June 28, 1998, I relocated to San Diego, California. The wait is over and the updates continue. I have some real bloody ideas in store. So leave those scabs coagulated for a bit then I will tear them back open!
